Order Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation within 14 days of placing your order. Refunds will be provided based on the status of the services rendered:

Unprocessed Orders:
If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order in full and issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.

Processed Orders:
If your order has been partially or fully processed, you may still request cancellation. A refund will be calculated for the portion of services that have not yet been completed, while the cost of completed services will be deducted from the total refund amount.

2. Partial Cancellation
We offer the flexibility to partially cancel an order, especially for bookings involving multiple individuals:

Unprocessed Services:
You may cancel services for one or more individuals in the order, and a full refund will be issued for the unprocessed portion.

Processed Services:
If services for specific individuals have already been completed, a refund will be issued only for the remaining unprocessed individuals in the order.

3. Cancellation Process

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support:
Send your cancellation request to our customer service team via info@checkmig.co and include your order number. Specify whether you’re requesting a full or partial cancellation.

Provide Necessary Details:
For partial cancellations, include the names of the individuals whose services should be canceled.

Receive Confirmation:
Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the cancellation and any applicable refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of processing your cancellation request.

Refunds for processed orders will be adjusted based on the portion of services already completed at the time of cancellation. No additional fees will apply for cancellations.
